[Kolab-devel] [issue2090] proko2-> enterprise upgrade: lost calender/task/contacts resources

proko2 2.1.11rc1 -> enterprise rev. 721425

At the upgrade from proko2 to enterprise the calender/task/contacts resources
are lost.

Test:
1. Create a new proko2 user.
2. Configure the user and do all changes.
3. Create a new user on an enterprise machine
4. Copy Mail, .kde, .qt to the enterprise user after stopping kde of the proko2 
   user.
5. Start kontact for the enterprise user.
6. Switch to calender view and look at the resources.
