The user can delete the default resource of the calender. After the deletion of
the default resource the calender doen't have a default resource, but should
always have one.

Test:
1. Switch to calender.
2. Add a new resource.
3. Select this resource as default.
4. Sync.
5. Remove the default resource.
Notice: Now no default is set.
