Rename se "Encrypt to self" option   
to something explaining that the encrypted outgoing email   
message are meant.   
   
In German:   
"Verschlüsselt versandte Nachrichten immer auch mit eigenem Schlüssel  
verschlüsseln."  
  
Maybe in English:  
"When encrypting emails, always encrypt to the key of my own identity"
