[Kolab-devel] [issue2164] Groupware folder options and actions should be fully available from other views than email

It is a long standing wish that the folder view 
for groupware folders (e.g. in the calender, journal and contact view) 
can do all necessary options and actions which can be done in the 
email folder view. 
 
This is a larger operation.
