[Kolab-devel] [issue2162] Make number of shown month in calender view configurable

It should be configurable to have the numbers of  
months shown in the calender view be fixed  
with a default of one shown.  
  
The automatic view can lead to problems when it is attempted  
to resize things. E.g. caused by  kolab/issue2062 .
