[Kolab-devel] [issue2161] contacts view: distribution list view: Should have the usual buttons

The distribution list view (in the contacts view)   
should have buttons to add, edit and remove a distribution list. 
 
I guess they should be grayed out when the special "all contacts" 
is selected. 
 
Also the buttons under the general contacts lists should 
be put in sync with this behaviour so it is consistent.
