[Kolab-devel] [issue1744] No "User Deleted, awaiting cleanup" for admins and domain maintainers

I don't see the "User Deleted, awaiting cleanup..." for deleting admins or
domain maintainers.

Currently I have the problem that users, admins and domain maintainers don't get
deleted, but for the last two I can't see it in the web interface.
