[Kolab-devel] [issue1675] Implement reminders on other calender folders for Outlook < 2007.

Outlook up to 2003 sp1 only recognises one main calender folder.  
Other calender folders will not be taken into account for  
 
a) reminders  
b) registering invitation status when receiving an update email  
c) display of my own internal busy time when in the freebusy list view   
  
For the use case of having a second and third calender folder  
with other permission, e.g. private and a project shared with other people,  
it would be nice to have more functions on those other folders. 
 
This wish is about a). 
It would need a complete own gui for reminding the user 
about upcoming appointments. This could be fairly simple in the first step, 
already enabling some use cases for users.
