Hi,

Following patch fixes the problem where one adds a multiple-day appointment with
all-day option set and freebusy on busy. Without this patch the freebusy info
shows always startday till startday +1 which is not correct, it needs to be
endday+1 since the endday itself is added as 00:00:00 hours instead of 23:55:55
