There are two issues with this plan
a) technical, we do not have a CMS ready and any CMS requires a significant
learning overhead, if it is to play out its benefits.
b) content, usually the very active people know most about the core
things and we do not want them to be missinterpreted, thus we keep the
website under more control then the wiki.

Anybody can submit patches to the webpage and any developer can commit them,
but the incoming rate is quite low.
In addition we do have the wiki which is working fine in total, but also has
some dirty spots where the community process has not yet cleaned stuff up.

The Kolab-Konsortim is open for partnerships for other companies and
distributions of course, it always was. We hope to present a few more
partners in the next month to come! :)
If opensides.be wants to become a partner, I think I have explained
our ideas how this can work a few times in the past. ;)
