[Kolab-devel] [issue1758] "[UNSHARED] user" folder has no delete menu entry in its context menu

Tested with enterprise rev. 671371 

I tried to delete a grey [UNSHARED]user folder, but I found no delete menu entry
in the context menu. So I have to use the Delete from the "folder" menu.
Why is no deletion entry in the context menu? Does there a reason exist?
