[Kolab-devel] [issue1884] horizontal calender view: click should create new appointment

Go to the horizontal calendar view, 
click into it. -> Nothing happens. 
 
Expectations: Should get an appointment dialog with new appointment 
and time and date where clicked. 
(Similiar to right-click "create new appointment".)
