[Kolab-devel] [issue1883] wasting space with many time scales in side-by-side-view

There are time scale before each calendar in the side-by-side 
view, this wastes quite a bit of time which is lost for displaying 
the calender. 
 
Ideally we would only have one time scale on screen.
