[Kolab-devel] [issue1838] "WhatIsThis?" icon does no work.

If I click on the "WhatIsThis?"-Icon in the summary, a cursor with a questionmark
appears. Now clicking somewhere just changes the cursor. Nothing else.

Shouldn't there appear a kind of online help?
