[Kolab-devel] [issue1837] Alarm sound not played/action not executed on event alarm

proko2.1.7 on OpenSuSE 10.0:

- Create an event
- Enable "Reminder" and assign a sound /andor a program to it
- Make sure that no sync with the server is performed before the alarm goes off
(due to issue1836)
- When the alarm goes off, the dialog is displayed and a "beep" can be heard,
but neither the assigned sound is played nor is the assigned program executed.
