New submission from Martin Konold <martin.konold at erfrakon.de>:
The Kolab standard allows arbitrary names for calendar folders. The type of a
folder e.g. the default folder for events is determined by using IMAP annotations.
All over Kolab there are hardcoded foldernames:
kolabd/kolabd/templates/fbview.conf.template.in:$params['calendar_store'] =
'Calendar';
In case the primary calendar folder got created by a German version of MS
Outlook this leads to failures.
