The postfix MTA in Kolab server 2.1 or some components used by it modify
message/rfc822 MIME parts of Mails under some circumstances.  It happens
when the message/rfc822 part is base64 encoded, in which case postfix
inserts an extra newline between header and body of that part.  This
breaks cryptographic signatures.

Mails with a base64 encoded message/rfc822 MIME-part are malformed
because the RFCs do not allow base64 for message/rfc822 parts.
