[Kolab-devel] [issue1559] Domain Maintainer cannot delete "his" users

Kolab 2.1beta3:

- Log in as domain maintainer for a domain
- Add a new user
- Later, try to delete that user

You get an error message:
"Error: you need administrative permissions to delete users"

"manager" also cannot delete the user, as he cannot see the user (see issue1485)
