[Kolab-devel] [issue2288] A shared folder remains locally subscribted after the folder is unshared.

User A shared a folder with user B. After Sync B can see the folder.
He subscribed and locally subscribed the folder. Then A removes B's access to
the folder and both syncs.
The folder is no longer visible in B's subscribtion dialog, but it is still
visible in the local subscribtion dialog.

It would be good if the folder also vanished in the local subscribtion dialog.
