I understand why you say this, but the utils directory does not (yet) seem to
have a place where such a script can be stored. Besides that wouldn't the
templates directory be better? The Makefile will take care that the script
does not show up in the kolab package! Having the script next to the
resmgr.conf template file, makes it for easy to run, which is I think very
important to make sure that the config.php stays up to date!
