[Kolab-devel] [issue1913] In enterprise packages there is no point to call kmail, korganizer in a stand-alone way

Create patches just for the .desktop files because there are too many entries in
the menus. Kmail, korganiser, kaddressbook etc can all be accessed through
Kontact and they dont need to all show in the menus. We already have the patch
tested on Ubuntu 7.10 attached.

Bernhard also agreed that:
In enterprise packages there is no point to call kmail or so in
a stand-a-lone way.
