[Kolab-devel] [issue1698] Denying a published event leads to problems

Tested with enterprise 657558.

If an user denies a published event, the publisher is asked to accept this user
to his event. 
Then the user is free member of the event, but denies it.
A better solution could be to ignore denied publish events in this 
context.
