Tested with enterprise rev. 657558.

Test:
Test user 1 creates an event and invites test user 2.
Test user 2 forwards this invitation to test user 3.
Test user 3 accepts and test user 1 accepts test user 3.
The event shows a wrong name for test user 3. It calls
test user3 (who accepted ) test user 2.
