[Kolab-devel] [issue1696] forwarding invitations: cannot accept forwarded invitation.

Tested with enterprise rev. 657558

Test: 
Test user 1 creates event with test user 2.
Test user 2 forwarded this invitation to test user 3.
But now the invitation is gone and test user 2 
cannot accept/deny it.

I think this is wrong. Test user 2 should keep the invitation, so
he can answer to it.
