This wish specifically is to enhance the webinterface to allow   
to set vacation and email-delivery together.   
For the first step it can be assumed that the KDE client will  
not change the settings.   
 
It should be fairly easy to do including parsing, 
as the parts are seperate, e.g. see example sieve script on: 
http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Filtering_Emails_on_the_Server
