[Kolab-devel] kolab-horde-fbview transformation to Horde CVS

Hi Gunnar,

I don't see any problem with the inclusion of those changes upstream, as you
mentioned Stuart did a lot of other Kronolith work. Just at least mention
that the code was used from those GPL/LGPL bits and authored by Stuart.
