[Kolab-devel] [issue1525] Renamed folders have ghosts in OL+Toltec

I'm running Toltec 2.0.9 and I've found an issue with renaming folders outside OL.

On the Kolab account which is normally accessed via Toltec, there I've renamed a
folder (containing mail, no special annotation) using Thunderbird. After a sync,
OL+Toltec shows an additional folder with the new name while a folder with the
old name remains.
It's obvious that a user expects the old name (and the associated folder object)
gone or replaced.
I haven't found a way to get rid of this ghost folder by any sync action.
(Deleting manually does work, of course.)

The problem exists in Toltec 2.0.10 as well (I've just downloaded and tested
this version.)
