This is a user report for Proko2 2.1.5.    
I have also seen it, but could not frame it.   
   
Sometimes there is no email address transfered to the   
dialog of setting folder rights.   
   
I cannot be reliably reproduced.  
  
a) select a folder and go to its properties with the right mouse  
buttong menu -> tab access permissions  
  
b) Select: add new permission.  
c) Select "..." 
d) Address selection dialog: Choose Search directory service. 
 
e) In the directory service find some people and add them 
to the address selection dialog.  
Observation: Sometimes people do not seem to have a mailaddress. 
select those and close the address selection dialog. 
 
Observation: Only the full name is in the permission dialog 
which will not work. 
Expectation: always have an email address in there.
