KMail/Kontact seems to have problems handling a CC header with properly encoded
non-ascii characters.  See the attached mail for an example.  If you open it in
Kontact (File/Open in the email part) From: and To: are shown correctly, but the
CC: header is shown as utf interpreted as latin1 (or maybe latin 9).  it shows
"Böggins" instead "Böggins".

KDE is configured to use German.
