Shared folders are not displayed on sync when using imap for non 
groupwarefolders. To show them you either need to restart kontact or click on 
the mailfoldertree and collapse/expand it. 
 
To reproduce it do the following: 
 
2 users A,B no .kde, created with kolawizard selecting imap for non 
groupwarefolders. 
 
1. A shares his inbox with B, sync 
2. B sync. Shared folder is not displayed until you expand/collapse the 
foldertree or restart kontact. 
 
This is same for global shared folders.
