It would be really helpful if a step-by-step procedure on how to make a Kolab Release.

This would allow all the community to package theirself OpenPKG intermediate release (even if unofficial 
and beeing snapshots of CVS at a certain date) and speedup the testing/bugfixing process.

I wrote in past the wiki page http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Kolab2_Beta_testing to explain how to test 
CVS packages but that's not a complete "kolab release howto" because it miss a lot of other steps.
