[Kolab-devel] [issue1236] Missing role for ressources in meetings

Create a new meeting and choose some ressource as attendee. You can assign a    
role to every attendee, but for a ressource i.e a car, I am missing a adequate   
role. For me a car or a room is not a participant or a chairman.  
We should add an option for ressources here.
