I added support for kolabFolderType to the kolab2 LDAP schema.
I also integrated the Cyrus.pm patch.

I did not integrate the LDAP.pm patch because the folder annotations are 
optional not mandatory even for shared folders and the elseif are overkill.

($type is equal to foldertype as long as $foldertype is legal and defaults to 
mail.)

In addition please check the just commited definition of kolabFolderType

Please fix the LDAP.pm patch and then commit the patch for the web admin 
interface.
