[Kolab-devel] [issue1129] Per calendar coloring

It would be nice to have calender coloring.  
So backporting this to Proko2 Branch is wished.  
   
Ideally it would be an overlay with the category colors  
implement the symbol for the category like suggested by openusability.org.
