[Kolab-devel] [issue1115] vcal export cannot be imported: umlauts break

Proko2 Revison 5050716 on Debian Sarge (KDE 3.3.2)

Create a few contacts with umlauts in the name and the details.

Export them with Vcard 2.1 or Vcard 3.0 and try to import then again:
Umlauts are broken.

This happens with locale de_DE at euro (isue-8859-15)
and de_DE.UTF-8 at euro (utf8).
