[Kolab-devel] [issue1383] Email creation, attachments: Do an "Open" on double click.

This is a followup to issue1085:   
   
When creating an attachmen, double click should do an "Open"   
and not bringing up the property dialog.   
   
I go along with this wish, as double clicking usually is "Open"   
and properties are more often set after right-click mouse.   
   
Next steps:  
a) See if there is a KDE wish, if not, create one, post it here.   
b) Implement or backport.
