When two invitations for the same time-slot are sent to the same account at the
same time and are handled by the resource manager with e.g. "Reject if
conflicts" both may be accepted.  The problem is a race-condition where two
instances of the resource manager retrieve a free/busy list, decide that the
time-slot is still free and accept the invitation.

The same race exists between the resource manager and other clients such as
Kontact, so it's not a very big problem.
