The only way to delete ldap objects properly in the kolab-server world
is to set the deletFlag(s) on them. I do not precisely remember 
what "kolabOrganizationalUnit" was meant for, but it gets used
in the future, it will need the deleteflag.

I believe it is a mistake and thus deleted the superflous entry in HEAD.
