[Kolab-devel] Compile imapd with murder (CVS)

Hi,

I tried to compile imapd with --enable-murder today. I got the lastest 
sources/patches from CVS and noticed the imapd-murder.patch. Unfortunately it 
doesn't get applied. Unfortunately I don't understand the build completely, 
so I fiddled aimlessly achieving nothing.

Could someone please give me a hint where and when to apply the 
imapd-murder.patch?
