Kontact proko2.1 (svn rev. 531032) has a problem with toimezones.  To reproduce:

1. korganizer is configured to use the Europe/Berlin timezone

2. Create a new event starting at e.g. 17:00 local time tomorrow (2006-04-19).
   The event appears at the correct time slot in the calendar.

3. Now deactivate all the calendar resources in the tree view in the lower left
part of the calendar window and then reactivate them again.

4. The event is now shown starting at 15:00 (and ending two hours earlier as well).
