Its on the KolabHomeserver saved. All Kolab server have the freebusy
data of their local user.

Its on the server and the clients are asking their Kolabserver. The
freebusy.php checks if the data is on the local server. If not the
server will get the data from the kolabhome server or (configureable)
the client is redirected to the correct server (http redirect).
