[Kolab-devel] [issue950] buttons in message window don't work

kontact proko2.0.3:  Double click on a message in the list of messages to open
the mail in a separate window.  All three buttons in the toolbar of that window
don't work anymore.  When you click on e.g. the reply button, a dialog with a
progress bar appears, saying "Please wait while the message is transferred" and
stays as 0%.

This happens only for mails from a dimap account.
