[Kolab-devel] [issue949] imapd always rounds down percentage in warning

kolabquotawarn rounds correctly, imapd just truncates.

This may lead to confusion when users see two different values.
If this isn't too complicated I'd prefer a patch to imapd to show the correct
value, otherwise the kolabquotawarn message has to be changed.
