Using toltec-2.0.5-de-kolabxml.exe with Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2814):

If I send a request for an appointment or answer to a request using a current
Kontact (proko2 branch), Outlook 2000 shows the mail as if it were plain text,
i.e. the ical "source" gets displayed as mail text.

Sending from Outlook 2003 via Kolab server or sending from Outlook 2000 to
Kontact/OL2003 works fine.
