[Kolab-devel] [issue922] kdepim compilation doesn't install kmail.antivirusrc

make install of kdepim proko2 branch doesn't install kmail.antivirusrc.  It's
spam counterpart is installed.  So it's probably just a case of it not being
listed in some makefile.
