[Kolab-devel] [issue756] event time wrong in calendar reply

A kontact user gets an invitation.  The user clicks on [accept].  The times in
the reply are two hours off, which is exactly the difference between CEST and UTC.

E.g. invitation says:

DTSTART:20050525T073000Z
DTEND:20050525T080000Z

reply says:

DTSTART:20050525T093000Z
DTEND:20050525T100000Z

This is kontact from todays SVN (prok2 branch, revision 417365)
