[Kolab-devel] [issue860] Conflict resolution on read-only folders results in errors when resolved incidences need to be uploaded

When a duplicate ends up in a folder the user has read-only access to, the  
conflict resolution dialog potentially produces new mails, which can't be  
uploaded, due to missing permissions.  
  
Already fixed in svn as of 439457, at least the main bug. See extensive mail 
to kroupware-intern for more detail.
