[Kolab-devel] [issue849] kontact calendar resource "add..." button usability problem

Kontact's calendar part has a tree of resources.  There's a button "Add..."
under that tree which can be used to add new resources.  With kolab, where the
kolab resource can have subresources, users expect that they can use that button
to create a new subresource, e.g. a new calendar folder.  For kolab it would be
best if that button and the other buttons (edit and remove) weren't there or
could be used to manage the kolab resource folders.  The resources can be
managed with kcontrol if necessary.
