I haven't been able to reproduce the following myself yet.  It's from a
customer's report who uses kdepim proko2 rc3.

When user makes a new calendar folder available for others (not sure which
permissions exactly) some other users get error messages when they try to sync:

  Unable to open folder some.user. The server replied: Mailbox does not exist.

After several sync attempts it works.  Sometimes the workgroup folders have to
be made visible for the sync to work.

any ideas?
