I haven't been able to reproduce the following myself, I only saw a screenshot
fro m a customer running kdepim proko2 rc3.

It can happen that in the list of resources shown in the calendar part of kolab,
a  calendar folder another user has made available for others to read is shown
as a child of another folder.  e.g.

 + Kolab Server
   +-Kolab Server/Posteingang/Kalender
   | +-Kolab Server/user/some.one/Kalender
   +-Kolab Server/user/some.one.else/Kalender
   .
   .
